Amazon Ads in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Codex
Verified as of October 21, 2026.
Holy Quack connects your Amazon Ads accounts to your AI assistant through one remote MCP server. Ask about campaigns in plain words. Get answers from your own synced data.
The assistant can read performance and create change proposals. It cannot change Amazon Ads directly. A person in your team approves each proposal in Holy Quack first.
https://www.holyquackaschwingschwongwabbadidingdong.com/mcpWhat it does
- Finds search terms and keywords that spend money without orders.
- Compares two periods and shows which campaigns, products and placements changed.
- Writes weekly reports for one brand or marketplace.
- Finds converting search terms that are not keywords yet.
- Previews the bid changes that the Holy Quack bidding engine recommends.
- Shows account audit findings, search-term scan results and the measured results of applied changes.
- Creates proposals for negative keywords, bids, budgets, keyword states, new keywords and campaigns.
Try these prompts after you connect:
- Which search terms wasted the most ad spend in the last 30 days?
- Compare last week with the week before and explain the biggest changes.
- Find converting search terms that are not keywords yet.
Before you connect
- Use a Holy Quack account on a paid plan.
- Connect at least one Amazon Ads account in Holy Quack.
- To create proposals, use the role Owner or Admin in your workspace.
You sign in with OAuth. You do not need an API key or a config file. When you connect, you choose a workspace and allow read access, or read and propose access.
Set up your client
Claude (claude.ai and Claude Desktop)
- Open Settings, then Connectors.
- Select Add custom connector and paste the connector URL.
- Select Connect. Sign in to Holy Quack and select Allow.
On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds custom connectors for the organization.
ChatGPT
- Open Settings, then Apps and Connectors.
- Create a connector with the connector URL.
- Sign in to Holy Quack and select Allow.
Custom connectors can need developer mode or an admin, depending on your ChatGPT plan.
Cursor
Select Install in Cursor. Then select Connect next to holy-quack and sign in.
Claude Code
Run this command, then run /mcp in Claude Code and sign in:
claude mcp add --transport http holy-quack https://www.holyquackaschwingschwongwabbadidingdong.com/mcpCodex
Run these two commands. The second one opens the sign-in page:
codex mcp add holy-quack --url https://www.holyquackaschwingschwongwabbadidingdong.com/mcp
codex mcp login holy-quackPermissions
- read
- Read performance, settings, change history and proposals. Every role can allow it.
- propose
- Create proposals for review. Only Owners and Admins can allow it.
No tool can approve or apply a proposal. No tool writes to Amazon.
Tools
The connector has 30 tools. Your client shows only the tools that your access level allows. Custom agents that connect with a Holy Quack API key get a larger tool set.

- Tools read your synced Holy Quack data.
- The server receives only the tool inputs that your client sends. It does not read your chat history.
- Tool results go to the AI client that you connected. You choose that client and you instruct the transfer.
- Each connection is bound to one workspace. Other organizations’ data is never available.
- Approved proposals pass the same safety limits as every other change in Holy Quack.
- Amazon Marketing Cloud and Amazon Attribution data are not available through the connector.
Limits
- Data is as fresh as the last Amazon sync. Amazon attributes orders with a delay, so the last few days are not complete.
- List tools return a limited number of rows per call. Ask for a narrower filter or a shorter period for more detail.
- One tool call can run for at most 60 seconds.
- Heavy use can be limited to protect the service for all customers.
Troubleshooting
- The connection fails
- Check that the URL is exactly https://www.holyquackaschwingschwongwabbadidingdong.com/mcp, without a slash at the end. Then connect again.
- The proposal tools are missing
- You allowed read access only, or your role is not Owner or Admin. Remove the connector, add it again and allow propose access.
- The assistant says that your plan does not include this
- The connector is part of the paid Holy Quack plans. Ask the owner of your workspace.
- The wrong workspace is connected
- Remove the connector in your client, add it again and choose the correct workspace.
- The results are empty
- Check in Holy Quack that the Amazon Ads account is connected and that the first sync is complete.
- Claude Code or Codex asks you to sign in again
- Run /mcp in Claude Code, or codex mcp login holy-quack in Codex.
